Before it starts: everything back
As long as no booster has started working, you get the full amount back and you don't have to explain why. This is the ordinary case: an order that is paid but not yet picked up costs nothing to cancel.
Once it has started: what was done
From then on the refund follows the work delivered. Your order page shows the progress, and the refund is worked out on that number: half the climb done, half the price back. You are never asked to pay for a part that was not delivered.
How to ask
From the order itself, or from the support chat. Ask on the order where you can: whoever answers already sees what was done, and there is a record of it. Coaching hours already taught and wins already delivered count as delivered.
How the money comes back
To the same card you paid with, through Stripe. A person issues it by hand, so the first wait is ours; how long it then takes to show up is your bank's decision. We do not refund in credit or vouchers: it goes back where it came from.
